As the president and chief executive officer, Tim is focused on creating opportunities for iBusiness Solutions to become a trusted advisor to executives, a strategic partner to clients, and a recognized thought-leader within our industry. For our clients, our employees, and our own company, Tim focuses on strategy development and execution, creating and optimizing capabilities, and coaching and mentoring people.
Tim and Vonda Brands have been married for 22 years and are the proud parents of four children, including one adopted from Guatemala. Due to this personal connection, Tim initiated a partnership between iBusiness Solutions and Wooddale Church in 2008 to introduce computers into 10 rural schools and churches in Guatemala to help lower illiteracy rates and provide new educational and career opportunities to students. Tim is an instrument-rated pilot and has coached youth soccer for nearly 10 years. Whether working with business executives in the United States, young children in Guatemala, or kids on the soccer field, Tim's purpose is "to lead people to make wise decisions in their professional, personal, and spiritual lives."
