Highlights from Our History

iBusiness Solutions began in 1999 as a vision to create a company that was something different, something better, something more, and we are proud of our track record and our reputation. Here are a few highlights from our story so far:

  1. We have been privileged to help several companies grow to become much bigger companies, including two privately-held organizations of less than $50 million in revenue that have now both become $100+ million, publicly-held companies.  We have had two clients with less than $10 million in revenues, proving no one is too small to start focusing on business intelligence and performance management. 
  2. We have had the privilege to work with many well-known organizations like Cargill, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, McKesson, Motorola, Nationwide, and Wells Fargo, proving organizations regardless of industry or size don't outgrow the need to continue improving the performance of their organization.
  3. We refocused our business in mid-2005 to increase our value to our clients by applying our expertise and methodology to business solutions and applications in addition to our technology focus. As a result, we are engaged in fewer, larger, and more strategic projects than before 2005.
  4. In 2008, we began to formalize and package our tools, techniques, and best practices for identifying business needs and creating innvovate technology-based solutions to help organization communicate what has happened, influence what is happening, and anticipate what will happen next.  Out of this packaging process came what is known today as The intelligent Business ProgramTM, a unique, value-creating process based on over a decade of hands-on experience.
  5. In 2010, we once again recognized unmet opportunities in a changing market place and we once again expanded our capabilities to create and deliver services our clients needed.  One significant capability we created was to add a coaching service to our consulting and contracting services as three complementary components of The intelligent Business ExperienceTM.
  6. In 2010, we also built upon our sales process and sales analytics experience with a new services offering for implement customer relationship management (CRM) application, to not only automate the CRM and sales pipeline processes, but more importantly to better capture and manage sales- and customer-related data to improve managements ability to analyze that data.
  7. In 2011, we are launching an additional services offering building on our financial analytics and custom-developed forecasting expertise.  This move into the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting space is designed to help our clients improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their budget process and ultimately to improve the predictability of their business.
  8. In 1999, we focused primarily on helping companies analyze their data.  Our refocusing effort in 2005 allowed us to move up the data management continuum to help companies manage their data in order to better analyze that data.  More recently, with the addition of CRM and planning and budgeting services, we completed the data management continuum of capturing data, managing data, and analyzing data.

We have had an exciting history and we are even more excited about our future as we help you realize your bigger future.
