For our clients, our employees, and our own company, Tim focuses on strategy development and execution, creating and optimizing capabilities, and coaching and mentoring people.
Tim and Vonda Brands have been married for 22 years and are the proud parents of four children, including one adopted from Guatemala. Due to this personal connection, Tim initiated a partnership between iBusiness Solutions and Wooddale Church in 2008 to introduce computers into 10 rural schools and churches in Guatemala to help lower illiteracy rates and provide new educational and career opportunities to students. Whether working with business executives in the United States or young children in Guatemala, iBusiness Solutions' purpose and Tim's personal purpose is "to lead people to make wise decisions in their professional, personal, and spiritual lives."
